As an avant-garde institution, we set ourselves three main missions :

Values:

In order to offer our patients the highest quality of care, we are particularly committed to :

  • Respect dignity and rights by listening to the needs of the patient and their family,
  • Respect the legalization and the code of ethics of the institution,
  • Provide our teams with a safe and hygienic working environment to work in optimal working conditions,
  • Stimulate teamwork and free communication,
  • Constantly improve the quality of our services, in particular through the continuous training of our medical and nursing person, involved upstream in the acquisition of new modes of care.
 
Quality is measured in relation to the standards that we want to respect in terms of material, process or qualification of staff, it implies the implementation of a global “Quality” approach. For us, quality is defined as the ability to satisfy expressed and implicit needs, by the commitment of our structure and our professionals in permanent and systematic actions to improve the service rendered to the patient. Measuring quality means regularly checking the conformity of the organization of care, hospitality and others, with regard to previously defined or achieved levels of performance.
